Amy Fritz has worked in the Entertainment Industry since 1990 and as a Music Supervisor since 1997. Her background as a campus radio DJ, music producer, sound engineer, published songwriter, and artist manager provides the foundation for her unique sensibilities as a Music Supervisor, Visual Researcher, and Archival Producer. Prior to forming RADAR in 2006, Amy was an Executive at Canada’s leading music management agency.
In recent years, she has expanded her practice to include comprehensive archival producing and visual clearances, earning industry recognition for her work on complex documentary and scripted projects. This dual expertise allows for a streamlined, holistic approach to media rights and creative sourcing.
Amy has been a voting member of the Mariposa Folk Foundation, The Khyber Arts Society, The Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television, Metronome Canada, and SOCAN. She has served as a jury member, chair, and panelist for the Juno Awards, the Canadian Screen Awards (Genies & Geminis), NXNE, CMW, and the Atlantic Film Festival.
